Returns

Thank you for shopping with Allens of Caledon. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you aren’t, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for a refund or an exchange. This ONLY applies to items bought online. The product(s) must be in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on for a full refund. Any items purchased in-store that are unsuitable can only be exchanged or a credit note issued, with a valid receipt presented. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items purchased in-store.

If you would like an exchange for another item please email eloise@allensofcaledon.co.uk stating your order number, name and what the item is.

 

Return address: Allens of Caledon, 49 Main street, Caledon, BT68 4TZ.

 

You will be responsible for the cost of the return, please return via Royal Tracked 48 or please use a tracked method of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

 

Should you decide to exchange the item, you will not be charged for postage by us for the exchanged item.

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Custom order goods, deposits on goods and gift vouchers are all non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

If the goods are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full, including the return postage costs. The amount will be in accordance with our standard delivery charges.
