Returns

Thank you for shopping with Allens of Caledon. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you aren’t, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for a refund or an exchange. This ONLY applies to items bought online. The product(s) must be in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on for a full refund. Any items purchased in-store that are unsuitable can only be exchanged or a credit note issued, with a valid receipt presented. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items purchased in-store.

If you would like an exchange for another item please email eloise@allensofcaledon.co.uk stating your order number, name and what the item is.

Return address: Allens of Caledon, 49 Main street, Caledon, BT68 4TZ.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return, please return via Royal Tracked 48 or please use a tracked method of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Should you decide to exchange the item, you will not be charged for postage by us for the exchanged item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Custom order goods, deposits on goods and gift vouchers are all non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If the goods are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full, including the return postage costs. The amount will be in accordance with our standard delivery charges.

Shipping

UK and Northern Ireland shipping is £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

South of Ireland standard delivery is £8.50.

Delivery time aims for 2-3 days, but please note this is not guaranteed.

You can also choose to click and collect from our boutique at Allens of Caledon, 49 main street, Caledon, BT68 4TZ. If you choose this option you will receive a confirmation email, text or WhatsApp message confirming that your order is ready to collect.

Pictures, clocks and any other oversized home items are collect in store only.

International Delivery

In most cases, outside of the UK & EU, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties may vary and Allens of Caledon have no control over these charges.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Shipping within Europe is £20 for any package up to 2kg and £30 for a package from 2-5kg.

Shipping for the rest of the world (excluding USA ) is charged at £25 up to 2kg, and £40 from 2-5kg.
