Clothing & Shoe Returns
Should you wish to return clothing or shoes, they must reach us within 7 days from date of receipt of the goods. The product must be in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on for a full refund. To return the item, email email@example.com stating your name and reason for return. Once your return has been approved we will email you with confirmation. On receipt of the goods we will refund the order value less the original shipping costs. Our Full Refund Policy on clothing and shoes applies to online orders only. There are no returns or refunds on any sale, clearance items, special offers or products that have been reduced due to damage.
All Other Returns
Should you wish to return any other product bought online or instore due to it not being suitable or change of mind, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note which can be accepted upto 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt and be in a saleable condition and with the tags still on. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Custom order goods are non-refundable.
Deposits on goods are non-refundable.
